Deadline to file for all Notices of Appraised Value is May 15, or 30 days after the printed date of the notice, whichever is later. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline shifts to the next business day.

All properties are valued based on their estimated market value and condition on January 1.

Tax bills are sent after the tax rates are set for the calendar year. The tax office will mail the bill directly to you, and you can view and pay your taxes online. Your tax bill will also reflect the new value for 2025.

Our consultants are representing you in hearings with the appraisal district. After hearings are finalized and we receive a notice of value determination, you will receive an update on your client portal and an email with the final value determination for 2025.
